Brightspace and Prerequisites
Brightspace for the course is open and can be used to communicate with each other (like for setting up study groups), and it contains the link to the OneNote I use to record the written part of my lectures.
If you have not already done so, please attempt the chapter 1 problems ASAP. This is material that should have been covered in the Math 308 prereq. If you did not take that, please learn the material as quickly as possible BEFORE CLASS BEGINS, as it will be presumed and used heavily in the course.

Exam dates will be announced here:
Quiz #1 will be Thursday, October 22, 2026 on what was covered in class of chapter 2 (i.e., sections 7-15 inclusive).
Final exam is scheduled for Tuesday December 15, 6:00-8:15pm in our classroom. I corrected the typo in the first day handout that had the correct date but wrong day. The attached one here is corrected.
