I am interested in the foundations of general topology, particularly involving spaces in which a point can be in the closure of another, while the other is not in the closure of the first. These spaces have recently had applications in computer science, especially:
digital topology, in which the computer screen (which looks like a rectangle in the plane but has only a finite number of points),
continuous posets, a branch of computer logic, and
approximation of topological spaces by finite spaces.
